Returns and Cancellations Policy

Goods

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving goods bought from apathtopregnancy.co.uk. Goods must be returned unopened and with original packaging to apathtopregnancy.co.uk within 14 days of the refund request. 

The customer must provide proof that they bought an item from apathtopregnancy.co.uk. This could be a sales receipt or order number.

Once goods have been received by apathtopregnancy.co.uk a refund will be issued within 14 days InshaAllah.

Services

For consultation cancellations please contact at least 24hrs before your appointment for a full refund or you will still be charged. You can reschedule an appointment up until 2hrs before your appointment.

For all 1-2-1 services that are paid in full there are no returns.

For workshops & masterclasses cancellations please contact at least 24hrs before the start time.

Memberships 

There are no refunds for memberships but they can be paused/suspended for up to 3 months freezing all services and payments.

Memberships can be cancelled upon request or via the members account portal up to 72hrs before renewal date.
